Our hosting services include:- Geographically distant redundancy. Translated that means the WebSprockets network is spread out across the country. With offices in Ohio and Seattle, and servers at tier one datacenters in Texas and Virginia, you can rest assured that if a problem occurs in one location it won't effect the rest of our IT infrastructure. It's a unique set up that you will be hard pressed to find at any other hosting company.
- Web site updates. As part of your monthly hosting fee, we will make minor changes to your Web site as needed per your requests. Once again, you’ll be hard pressed to find that kind of service offered by other hosting companies.
- Domain name renewal. We monitor when your domain name comes up for renewal, and will renew your domain name automatically for you. We then pass the cost of the renewal through to you with no markup.
- Disk space and bandwidth. With every Web site, you get 100MB of hard drive space and 10GB of throughput per month, which is likely more than you’ll ever need. However, additional hard drive space and bandwidth is available if needed.
- Email accounts. We currently offer POP3 and IMAP email accounts. Check our Support section of a description of each. Every hosting account comes with 5 email accounts. Extra email accounts can be purchased if needed. Each email account has virus and spam filtering, and you can check your email anywhere you can get Internet access using our Webmail service.
- Statistical Tracking. All traffic to your Web site is analyzed on a daily basis. Your site’s statistics, including links from other sites, search engine crawls, and keyword hits, are available online 24/7.
